Ian specializes in both residential and commercial real estate. He thrives on being highly knowledgeable about the real estate market and the technologies required to help his clients navigate today’s market space. Combined with nearly 15 years in the business, Ian has been a real estate investor for 22 years.
The most important thing to Ian is that his client relationships are built on trust, expectations are exceeded, and that everyone receives a 5 star experience. He truly earns the position as his client’s trusted adviser.
Ian brings 30 years of senior marketing, advertising and promotion experience to real estate. His last 15 years prior to his career in real estate, he was director of communications at Ryerson University in Toronto. He brings these skills, passion and attention to detail to his work each day. Ian is also a graduate of Ryerson’s School of Radio and Television Arts.
Ian grew up in Stouffville and moved with his wife to Markham over 30 years ago. They have two boys. He is an avid British car enthusiast (driver and mechanic for his 1972 Triumph TR6), reader, renovator, and life-long learner.
